Data Access and Privacy:
   - We access only the CRM data necessary for providing conversation intelligence services (e.g., client contact details, interaction histories).
   - All data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
   - User data is handled confidentially and is not shared with third parties without authorization.

Intellectual Property: The Conversation Intelligence Platform and all associated technologies remain the exclusive property of our company.

Prohibited Uses:
- Misusing CRM data accessed through the platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
- Manipulating or altering CRM data in ways that misrepresent or harm client relationships.

‍Limitation of Liability: Our company is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of this integration, including data inaccuracies originating from the CRM.

‍Service Changes and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the CRM integration at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
